Need expert guidance on multiple design decisions? This option gives you direct access to Ciara over three consecutive days.

This package provides the flexibility to address all aspects of your project, whether it's a single room or multiple areas with Ciara over five consecutive days.

  • You will receive a response as soon as possible during business hours, typically within a few hours, depending on the complexity of your request.

  • No, VIP Designer Access does not include floor plans. If you need floor plans, please check out the Spatial Planning service!

  • No, we do not offer refunds for unused days of VIP Designer Access.

  • VIP Designer Access is available Monday through Saturday, 9 am to 4 pm EST. Sunday access is not offered.

  • Yes, you can ask as many questions as you like during your active days. However, please be mindful of the time and provide as much detail as possible to help Ciara give the most accurate and efficient advice.

  • If you’ve used up your days and still need assistance, you can purchase additional access for more days. Simply reach out to Ciara to extend your service. For Example: If you purchased a One Day Designer Access and need more time, you can upgrade to Three Day Designer Acess and pay the difference.

Terms & Conditions

  • VIP Designer Access is available Monday through Saturday, 9 am to 4 pm EST. Sunday access is not offered. Messages received outside these hours will be responded to on the next business day. Please allow time for responses and guidance during active service hours.

  • Your selected start date will be confirmed by Ciara via email. If the date is unavailable, a secondary start date will be offered. Please note that start dates cannot be the same day as booking.

  • This service provides direct messaging access for design guidance but does not include phone calls, floor plans, or refunds.

  • By purchasing VIP Designer Access, you agree to these terms. Ville Otis Interiors is not responsible for project outcomes, vendor lead times, or third-party product availability. All design recommendations should be reviewed for accuracy before implementation.
